Course Description:
College Survival Skills provides students with a sneak-peak into what college life is all about.  This course is designed to facilitate each student’s curiosity as they begin to make preparations for the big transition from high school to college.  Topics include responsible decision-making, money and time management, dealing with homesickness and stress, building and maintaining healthy relationships with new roommates as well as with the old ones (those people you call parents), college/university and major/minor exploration, how to schedule classes with the best professors, and helpful tips for a successful college experience.
